Job summary

Trace One is seeking a Senior Account Executive to win new enterprise customers across North America. You will lead complex, high-value opportunities with 9 to 12 month sales cycles from first conversation through signature and handover.

This senior individual contributor role requires a proven hunter who has led a team before and enjoys coaching others, with room to grow as the North America team expands.

Qualifications

• Direct experience selling PLM software or similar enterprise software.
• Experience with long, complex sales cycles (9–12 months).
• Experience leading or managing a sales team or mentoring others.
• Strong professional network and drive to open doors.
• Disciplined forecasting and CRM habits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, open doors, and win new enterprise accounts with brand owners in target sectors.
• Own strategic opportunities from qualification through signature and handover.
• Lead executive discovery and build compelling business cases and value propositions.
• Engage stakeholders across business, technical, procurement, and finance functions as needed.
• Lead complex negotiations and anticipate contracting risks.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and close plans in CRM.
• Coach colleagues on live deals and strengthen sales playbooks.
• Share market, buyer, and competitor insight with leadership.
