Job summary

Relativity is hiring a seniorAccount Executive to own strategic, high-value law firm accounts and drive retention, growth, and renewal strategy. You will engage senior partners and GCs, lead multi-team efforts, and position Relativity as a trusted AI-enabled partner in the legal industry.

You have a track record of closing multi-year deals, navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems, and traveling for strategic engagements while advancing Relativity's competitive stance in AI-enabled eDiscovery.

Qualifications

7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales in enterprise software.
2+ years selling SaaS, cloud, or enterprise AI solutions.
Complex multi-stakeholder sales with long cycles and transformation.
Skilled at negotiating multi-year contracts with executives.
Proven ability to discuss data/AI with technical buyers.
Track record building relationships with senior executives.
Willingness to travel regularly for strategic engagements.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of Relativity's largest, complex law firm accounts and drive retention and growth.
Lead negotiations and commercial strategy for major renewals and expansions.
Expand relationships beyond core contacts to partners and leadership.
Influence lawyers as products enable self-service and AI experiences.
Orchestrate cross-functional account teams to execute coordinated plans.
Represent Relativity in executive meetings, conferences, and panels.
Mentor other Account Executives and contribute to team initiatives.
