Job summary

Grafana is seeking a Commercial Account Executive, Acquisition to prospect and grow existing business across the Asia region. You will identify, nurture, and close opportunities with existing customers, manage forecasts and customer data, and apply a consultative sales approach to articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure and / or cloud technology sales.
• Top 10% performance in competitive environments.
• Comfortable working remotely with global teams.
• Located in and has full work rights for Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, meetings, demos, PO generation, negotiations, and account management.
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Handle quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer requests.
