Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3 years of higher education experience in enrollment management systems.
• 5 years of higher education experience in enrollment management systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analysis, design, and implementation of complex enrollment management systems and related platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports, dashboards, and data feeds to inform decision making.
• Lead audit readiness, compliance monitoring, and documentation efforts across Undergraduate Admissions and Enrollment Management.
• Coordinate testing, training, and change management for system upgrades and enhancements.
