Brandeis University seeks a Senior Enrollment Operations Coordinator to streamline application materials processing and support prospective students via multiple channels. You will manage Slate CRM workflows, supervise student workers, and ensure data integrity while coordinating communications with the Enrollment Marketing team.

The role includes logging and tracking materials, training staff, and supporting undergraduate and graduate admissions operations and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 1+ years relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Slate.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Ability to train and supervise student staff while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage intake and matching of incoming application materials with student records in Slate CRM.
• Ensure student files are complete and ready for review by counselors and recruiters.
• Provide professional customer service via email, phone, and SMS to prospective students and families.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of operational student workers.
• Audit and consolidate duplicate records within Slate CRM.
• Enter contact cards and leads into the CRM in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor data entry processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage the operational communications calendar and targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Marketing to align communications with branding.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational logistics and office supplies.
• Assist with preparing materials and staffing events.
