Job summary

Brandeis University is seeking a Senior Enrollment Operations Coordinator to ensure accurate processing of application materials and support prospective students through professional communications across multiple channels. The role leverages Slate CRM to manage emails and SMS campaigns, supervise student workers, and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 1+ years relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Technolutions Slate.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Ability to train and supervise student staff while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and matching of incoming application materials with student records in Slate CRM.
• Ensure student files are complete and ready for review by counselors and recruiters; conduct outreach to applicants.
• Provide professional and timely customer service via email, phone, and SMS to prospective students, current applicants, families, and school counselors.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of operational student workers who support frontline communications, mail handling, and data entry.
• Execute data hygiene protocols and ensure accurate data entry in the Slate CRM.
• Manage the operational communications calendar and targeted email/SMS campaigns; collaborate with Enrollment Marketing.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational logistics, mail processing, secure document handling, and office supplies; staff events.
