Job summary

Human Capital Education (HCE) is seeking an Enrollment Coach to guide prospective students through the admissions process in Denver, CO. You will provide programmatic information, answer questions, and apply a consultative, solution-based approach to help applicants identify the right university program.

In this role, you’ll build relationships via phone, email, and text, manage the applicant funnel to meet KPIs, collaborate with Enrollment Services, and contribute to a supportive, casual work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills over phone, text and email.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to engage prospective students through phone, email, and text to facilitate application and enrollment in a university program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, supporting from initial inquiry through receipt of an admissions decision.
• Manage full applicant funnel, meeting key benchmarks, metrics, and KPIs.
• Meet regularly with the Enrollment Services Manager to monitor individual applicant status and overall pipeline progress.
• Identify and communicate programmatic trends, applicant feedback, and enrollment insights.

We are seeking an Enrollment Coach (EC) who will empower students to identify and achieve their educational, personal, and professional goals. The EC will focus on building relationships with prospective students, providing programmatic and institutional information, and communicating unique value propositions. The EC will utilize a consultative, solution-based approach to guide students through the admissions process – working with students from point of inquiry through enrollment. Enthusiasm, a consultative, solution-based sales approach, and passion for education are required - we can teach you the rest.

Salary Range: $58,000
