Job summary

EAB in Washington, D.C. seeks a Senior Strategic Leader for Enroll360 to serve as the primary executive contact for partner institutions, overseeing enrollment marketing strategies, cross-sell opportunities, and renewal planning while guiding a team of managers.

You will cultivate senior campus relationships, translate goals into campaigns, measure results, and drive growth through a client-centered, strategic portfolio approach.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years in consultative, strategic leadership roles managing key accounts.
• Experience leading high-performing teams with coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to align insights and solutions to client goals.
• Proven relationship-building and collaboration for win-win outcomes.
• Experience in marketing or higher education enrollment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (Richmond, VA) or 30% for DC-based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships and trust with enrollment leaders and senior campus administrators.
• Lead regular meetings with partners and deliver superior guidance.
• Collaborate to build a customized and synergistic partnership.
• Develop understanding of goals and advise on product optimization and targeting.
• Ensure strategies map to partner goals and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Drive renewal and growth through consultative processes and strategy.
• Mentor account managers and coordinate with internal teams.
