Job summary

EAB, a leader in data-driven enrollment strategies, seeks a Senior Strategic Leader for Adult Learner Recruitment to oversee key partner relationships and drive strategic enrollment marketing initiatives.

You will work with assigned institutions—on-site in Minneapolis/Bloomington options or remotely within the continental U.S.—to deliver holistic strategies and optimize campaign performance, showcasing measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years in consultative, strategic leadership roles managing relationships with senior decision makers.
• Experience in higher education enrollment strategy or related marketing/partner management.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with enrollment leaders and campus administrators.
• Lead meetings with partners to guide long-term partnership success and growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact, results-oriented partnerships.
• Manage renewals by aligning products, price, and strategy to institutional goals.
• Measure campaigns to demonstrate effectiveness and ROI.
