Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. seeks an Engineering and Technical Operations Senior Manager to lead capital execution, site maintenance, asset and productivity improvements, while managing labor and overhead costs with a strong focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

The role is onsite at the Logan, UT facility with relocation bonus eligibility and a comprehensive relocation package. Leadership across maintenance, plant layout, and Lean initiatives will be key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years in Engineering, Project Management, Process Excellence, Black Belt or Maintenance.
• 8-10 years in manufacturing engineering with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Extensive knowledge of operations from a technical perspective (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
• Strong financial, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production systems 24/7.
• Drive standardization of best practices and policies for Maintenance.
• Provide leadership to plant maintenance for 24/7 operation.
• Improve safety, quality, equipment reliability and OEE via CI techniques.
• Utilize EAM system to support maintenance and engineering functions.
• Lead Continuous Improvement programs with capital investment considerations.
• Drive Value Stream Mapping and Lean processes across the facility.
• Oversee maintenance, asset management, plant layout and flow, safety and compliance.
• Train staff on new technologies and oversee staffing decisions.
• Travel up to 15%.
