Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Senior Facilities Process Engineer to independently plan, design, construct, and maintain company facilities through moderately complex projects. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, safety, and sustainability requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities engineering, construction management or related roles.
• Project planning and execution for moderately complex assignments, with advanced communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced knowledge of building-envelope systems, facility design, construction practices, and materials.
• Advanced skills in preventive maintenance planning, application of engineering standards, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Working knowledge of energy-efficiency principles and CAD/BIM tools, with familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned design and construction activities for moderately complex facility projects and expansions.
• Analyze energy use and facility lifecycle costs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical design or maintenance changes.
• Execute established inspection and preventive maintenance programs for building-envelope systems.
• Apply established engineering standards and applicable building codes, environmental regulations, and safety requirements to assigned work.
• Coordinate utility-system deliverables with internal and external experts; analyze issues and support reliable solutions.
• Track capital and operating budgets for assigned facility projects and maintenance activities; coordinate vendor work and review performance.
• Maintain vendor scorecards and coordinate corrective actions with partners.
• May be required to perform other job-related tasks.
