Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Logan, UT is seeking an Engineering and Technical Operations Senior Manager to lead capital projects, site maintenance, and asset improvements for a 24/7 operation.

You will direct maintenance, drive standard practices, and advance safety, quality and regulatory compliance while optimizing productivity and OEE using CI methods.

Relocation bonus and ESOP benefits are offered; the role requires 5–10 years in engineering and 8–10 years in manufacturing with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Process Excellence, Black Belt or Maintenance.
• 8–10 years’ progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Extensive knowledge of operations from a technical perspective (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
• Strong leadership, financial acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mechanical and electrical expertise are available to production 24/7.
• Drive standardization of best practices and policies for Maintenance.
• Provide leadership to plant maintenance for the 24/7 operation.
• Improve safety, quality, equipment reliability and OEE using CI techniques.
• Utilize EAM system to support maintenance and engineering functions.
• Lead CI programs and value stream/lean initiatives across the site.
