Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. seeks an Engineering and Technical Operations Senior Manager to lead capital projects, plant maintenance, and continuous improvement across a 24/7 facility in Carthage, MO. This on-site role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and cost management.

You will drive best practices, oversee EAM systems, and develop teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5-10 years in Engineering, Project Management, Process Excellence, Black Belt or Maintenance.
• 8-10 years in manufacturing engineering with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for capital execution and maintenance across 24/7 plant operations.
• Drive standardization of best practices and policies for Maintenance Department.
• Improve safety, quality, equipment reliability and OEE using CI techniques.
• Lead and develop staff, manage capital and improvement projects.
