The role is onsite with a $10,000 relocation bonus and a generous relocation package for candidates over 50 miles.

You will support project phases, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate across functions to deliver reliable, value-adding solutions that grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical controls, automation, or equipment.
• Experience supporting engineering projects or capital initiatives.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance during activities.
• Provide technical input on equipment selection and layouts.
• Collaborate with project teams and operations to achieve outcomes.
• Develop project documents, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and handoffs of new equipment.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
