Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a Distribution Center leader to guide on-site operations in Logan, UT, driving cost, quality, and service improvements through teamwork and cross-functional alignment.

You will train and coach hourly partners and salaried supervisors, ensure daily DC functions run efficiently, and develop KPIs to drive corrective action and continuous improvement. This role requires relocation to multiple US locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Food Dairy Science, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields.
• 3-5 years in Production/Operations leadership within a mid to large manufacturing facility.
• Must be willing to relocate within company locations in the United States.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Results oriented; creative problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, evaluate and reinforce Schreiber qualities and principles with hourly partners and salaried supervisors.
• Ensure daily production/shipping/receiving and DC functions are organized to maximize efficiencies and adjust as needed.
• Audit PCPs, CCPs and SOPs to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Develop and track KPIs for the DC to drive corrective action and improvement.
• Determine each partner’s IDP and remove roadblocks to help development.
• Administer regulatory programs (safety, environmental, food safety) for the DC and ensure compliance.
• Lead Distribution initiatives related to cost, quality, service and safety.
• Foster ownership culture by creating exceptional partner experiences inside a great workplace.
• Identify potential capital improvements and manage capital projects.
