You will couple hands‑on technical guidance with strong people leadership, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/CS or related field with relevant experience.
10+ years total technical and management experience.
3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide supervisory leadership and drive a high‑performance culture within the engineering team.
Recruit, interview, and onboard engineers across levels.
Mentor and develop technical leaders and future supervisors.
Ensure safety, quality standards, and project alignment with organizational goals.
Allocate tasks, manage budgets, and coordinate with project managers and clients.
Serve as primary escalation point for administrative and technical needs.
