Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead (Sr.ETL) to build, grow, and manage a high‑performing engineering team.

The Sr.ETL serves as a professional supervisor focusing on organizational development, team retention, and cultivating a high‑performance culture, while maintaining a solid grasp of complex control system design. Hands-on work is limited to ~10% of time; travel up to 50% may be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with relevant experience.
• Typically 10+ years total technical and management experience.
• Proven track record: 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the engineering team, focusing on safety, training, and career progression.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard engineers from entry to senior levels.
• Drive a high‑performance, accountable culture and ensure alignment with quality standards.
