Thermo Systems is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead (Sr.ETL) to build and manage a high-performing engineering team across control systems. The role blends leadership with hands-on technical oversight to a maximum of 10% of the time, guiding project execution and customer success.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of technical and management experience, plus 3+ years as a team lead, and a BS in engineering or computer science. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science; Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or other pertinent curriculum combined with relevant technical experience.
• Typically 10+ years total technical and management experience.
• Proven Track Record: 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical guidance on complex control system designs.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of engineers.
• Mentor and coach team members to grow skills and careers.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and alignment with project budgets.
• Delegate tasks and monitor progress to meet schedules.
