You will recruit, mentor, and retain engineers, align tasks with project needs, and uphold quality standards. Travel up to 50% is required; offices include East Windsor, NJ and other U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field with extensive technical experience.
• Total 10+ years of technical and management experience.
• Proven track record: 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and retain engineers; drive a high-performance culture.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard engineers across levels; assess fit.
• Allocate tasks strategically; ensure alignment with project needs.
• Provide high-level technical guidance on complex control systems.
• Collaborate with Sr. Engineers and Project Managers on schedules and budgets.
• Mentor coworkers during start-up and commissioning of systems.
