Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead (Sr.ETL) to build and manage a high-performing engineering group across multiple offices. The role focuses 90% on supervisory leadership and 10% on project management and technical guidance, with travel up to 50%.

This onsite position offers a compensation range of $140,000 to $150,000 annually with bonus eligibility, plus comprehensive benefits and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/CS with relevant experience.
• 10+ years total technical and management experience.
• 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.
• Willingness for up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard engineers at all levels.
• Ensure safety and adherence to quality standards (QMS).
• Manage team compensation, time off, performance, and retention.
• Collaborate with Sr. Engineers and Project Managers to estimate tasks and schedules.
• Provide high-level technical guidance with limited hands-on work.
