Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field plus relevant experience.
• Typically 10+ years total technical and management experience.
• Proven track record: 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and recruit engineers; drive team development and retention.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and customer success; act as escalation point.
• Allocate tasks to align with project needs and individual growth; remove silos.
