Collaboration with technical leadership and project managers is essential to ensure safety, success, and seamless project execution. The role requires 10+ years of experience, a track record as a team lead, and the ability to recruit and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with substantial engineering and leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years total technical and management experience.
• Proven track record as an Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team with a focus on safety and quality.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard engineers across levels and ensure cultural fit.
• Provide high-level technical guidance on complex control system designs (HMI/PLC) and manage project scoping with PMs.
