Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science; Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with relevant experience.
• Typically 10+ years total technical and management experience.
• Proven track record: 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and retain team members; drive performance.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of engineers across levels.
• Provide high-level technical guidance while limiting hands-on work to 10%.
• Collaborate with Sr. Engineers and Project Managers on schedules and budgets.
• Foster a unified vision and protect safety and quality standards.
