Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 10+ years total technical and management experience.
• Proven track record: 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, training, development, and career progression of team members.
• Build and manage engineers to deliver excellent customer care and support.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard engineers from entry to senior levels.
• Cultivate high-performance, accountable culture with constructive feedback.
• Ensure team adheres to Quality Standards and site procedures.
• Serve as primary escalation point for administrative and technical needs.
