Job summary

Legora is seeking a Senior People Partner to lead the people agenda across Legal, Operations and People functions. You’ll help shape org design, workforce planning, leadership development, and culture as the company scales from around 150 to 250 people by the end of 2027.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, own tough conversations, and build high-performing teams in a hands-on role. This in-person opportunity is based at the Union Square office with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP or People Partner with experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech scale-up.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders across corporate or operational functions.
• Broad experience across org design, performance management, leadership development, compensation, employee relations, and change.
• Good commercial judgement and ability to push back when needed.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and introducing structure without slowing progress.
• Confident handling difficult conversations and sensitive people matters.
• Solid working knowledge of US employment law; experience across US and EMEA is a plus.
• Genuine interest in building high-performing teams, leadership quality, accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda across Legal, Operations, and People; org design and headcount decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand goals and address challenges early.
• Set and maintain a high performance bar; lead calibration and coaching.
• Support leaders as teams grow from 150 to 250 people, building strong management.
• Improve People function operations and build better processes.
• Connect client groups with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations and People Tech to deliver practical solutions.
