Legora has grown rapidly and is redefining how legal work gets done. We’re building a world-class Talent Acquisition function to scale our engineering organization across UK&I. As a Talent Partner you’ll own end-to-end hiring, partner with senior leaders, and shape how Legora hires and scales.

You’ll lead structured, data-informed processes, build proactive pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer, helping Legora maintain its pace and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven track record hiring senior engineering talent.
• Ability to discuss technical roles with engineering leaders.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches without losing quality.
• Bias toward action and thrive in ambiguity.
• Collaborative, yet able to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across UK&I, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and hiring strategies.
• Help shape Talent operations, including process design, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer.
