DoorDash is seeking a Technical Sourcer to partner with Engineering Hiring Managers and Technical Recruiters. You will own market mapping, competitive intelligence, and outreach for senior and staff+ software engineering and infrastructure roles, driving sourcing strategies for high-impact, hard-to-fill vacancies.
You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders, using AI-assisted search and emerging techniques to source faster and deliver a premium candidate experience across a portfolio
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical sourcing/recruiting for senior/staff+ software roles.
- Expert boolean/x-ray search and sourcing-tool fluency.
- Strong consulting with hiring managers on scope and leveling.
Responsabilités
- Partner with recruiters and engineering hiring managers to build sourcing strategies.
- Own market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify where the best technical talent lives and how to reach it.
- Drive outreach and initial candidate engagement for a portfolio of concurrent, hard-to-fill technical reqs.
- Consult on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy.
- Present sourcing strategy and market insights to cross-functional recruiting and engineering partners.
