Farnsworth Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive full-lifecycle recruitment for our Midwest engineering practices. You will partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers, lead strategic search intakes, and execute proactive sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter to build strong pipelines.

In this role, you will manage candidate relationships, guide offers to completion, coordinate interview scheduling with HR, and maintain ATS data with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5–7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting in fast-paced agency/staffing or technical corporate setting.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.x
• Strong ability to gather search requirements and consult with hiring managers.
• Strong closing skills in salary discussions and offers; manage counter offers.
• Familiarity with ATS and standard productivity tools (MS Office 365, Teams).
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills, with a self-starter mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment across engineering and technical disciplines with urgency and accountability.
• Execute proactive outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct networking to engage passive candidates.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements and salary parameters.
• Guide candidates through interviews and architect competitive offers; manage closing discussions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with HR and ensure smooth onboarding handoffs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS hygiene for transparent pipeline tracking.
