Job summary

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our growing engineering practices across the Midwest. You will drive full-lifecycle recruitment, partner with engineering leadership, and lead strategic search intakes to build talent pipelines.

You will execute proactive sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, manage candidate relationships, guide offers to completion, and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and system hygiene in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5–7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Proven proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment across engineering disciplines with urgency and accountability.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter and direct networking to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements and salary parameters.
• Guide offers and close candidates, coordinating with HR and onboarding teams.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and support transparent pipeline tracking.
