Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across Supply Chain, Finance and other functions. You will partner with hiring managers to develop targeted strategies, source and screen top candidates, lead offers, and maintain a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.

You will leverage data insights, Market knowledge and recruiting tools to improve speed and quality, while ensuring compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and develop strategies.
• Source, screen, and advance candidates aligned to requirements and culture.
• Lead offer development and negotiations with internal equity and market data.
