Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Louisiana seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from scope through delivery. You will coordinate discipline teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and client satisfaction on time.

The role requires up to 10 years of experience, a BS/MS in engineering, and professional licensure (PE) or PMP preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential to align stakeholders and deliver

Formación

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering license and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage commercial contracts, invoices, change notices, and project plans in Vision.
• Track budgets, schedules, and quality; lead decision making on technical, cost, and scheduling matters.
• Develop major technical and scheduling decisions; align client scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Promote Change Management with timely project change notices and maintain client relationships.
• Build and lead teams, coordinate resources, and conduct weekly team coordination meetings.
• Review engineering documents, submittals, and drawings for compliance and project objectives.
• Ensure standard project work processes across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Assess team performance and mentor staff to deliver required deliverables within budget.
