Job summary

PwC is seeking a Program Manager in our Advisory practice to lead software and product innovation initiatives. You will manage engagement teams, coordinate end-to-end technology initiatives, and drive disciplined project planning across cross-functional engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive engineering program management experience.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience as described in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group; oversee planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee full project lifecycle, develop project plans, ensure alignment with client needs and engagement objectives.
• Guide teams through technical challenges while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and improvements.
• Oversee enterprise application development using Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Utilize Java, Python, SQL, .NET, and C# to develop scalable solutions including microservices.
• Promote ATDD, CI/CD, and development frameworks to improve speed and quality.
• Mentor junior staff and support engagement team management.
