Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) Principal on the F-22 LoBE team. You will own cost, schedule, and performance across the F-22 CT and Labs & Infrastructures groups, delivering complex programs from concept to production.

You will mentor junior PMs, establish best-in-class processes, and partner with cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers, and senior leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top-notch quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with project management concepts and techniques.
• Experience with EVMS and CAM.
• Final SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of complex engineering programs from concept to production.
• Coordinate across engineering teams, product owners, suppliers and senior leadership.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and compliance targets.
• Mentor junior project managers and establish best-in-class processes.
• Continuously improve project execution across the organization.
