The role focuses on cost, schedule, and performance across multiple modernization programs, coordinating across engineering, suppliers, and senior leaders to deliver on time and within budget.

The EPM ensures quality and compliance while guiding cross‑functional teams through complex development efforts, with travel up to 10% and a final SECRET clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Experience effectively communicating status and challenges to multi-disciplined engineering teams and external customers.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Final SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost, schedule, and performance of multiple capability development programs supporting F-22 modernization.
• Act as the nexus between cross‑functional engineering teams, product owners, suppliers, and senior leadership to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, with the highest quality and compliance standards.
