Lockheed Martin Corporation in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Staff EPM to own cost, schedule, and performance for AR/DR engineering activities, delivering high-impact solutions to keep the fleet mission-ready.

The role interfaces with PM/Customer, tracks ETC/EVM, and ensures TPMs while coordinating staffing with leaders to mitigate risks. Travel up to 10% and a Final SECRET clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 10+ years of engineering and/or project management experience on aerospace or defense programs.
• Experience with and strong understanding of project management concepts and techniques.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Active Final SECRET Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for overall engineering technical, cost and schedule performance on a specific program.
• Provides primary Tech Ops interface with Program Management Office/Customer for all programmatic items.
• Responsible for identification and closure of technical issues.
• Meets/Exceeds all technical commitments made to the programs.
• Tracks ETC/EVM Metrics to monitor program performance and staffing risks.
• Ensures requirements baseline is established, tracked, maintained, and verified.
• Works with first and second line functional leaders to identify staffing changes and coordinates with PM office on proposed changes.
