Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) Senior Staff for the F-22 Line of Business Engineering team in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on cost, schedule, and performance across multiple modernization programs, coordinating across engineering, suppliers, and senior leaders to deliver on time and within budget.

The EPM ensures quality and compliance while guiding cross‑functional teams through complex development efforts, with travel up to 10% and a final SECRET clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Experience effectively communicating status and challenges to multi-disciplined engineering teams and external customers.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

You will be an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) Senior Staff on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team. Specifically this position is accountable and responsible for cost, schedule, & performance of multiple capability development programs supporting F-22 modernization.

The EPMLeader drives the successful delivery of complex, high‑impact engineering programs from concept through production. Acting as the nexus between cross‑functional engineering teams, product owners, suppliers, and senior leadership, the EPM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Experience effectively communicating status and challenges to multi-disciplined engineering teams and external customers
• Willing to travel up to 10%
• Final SECRET security clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
