Lockheed Martin is seeking a Configuration Management Manager to lead the Systems Engineering CM Team for the F-22 program, ensuring identification, control, tracking and auditing of all hardware, software, and documentation across the aircraft life-cycle.

You will coordinate planning, analyses, and cross-functional collaboration, with emphasis on DoD and internal standards, mentoring staff, and managing access/clearance requirements to maintain a reliable configuration baseline for production,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Configuration Management.
• Experience working with cross functional teams.
• Ability to obtain program access.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Systems Engineering CM Team for the F-22 program, ensuring identification, control, tracking, and auditing of hardware, software, and documentation across the life-cycle.
• Perform planning, system integration, verification and validation, and analyses for total systems.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, and salary decisions for CM staff.
