Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Financial Management Staff (E4) – Portfolio Lead to steer a portfolio within the F-22 Sustainment finance team. You will guide analysts, shape budgets, forecasts and monthly rhythms to meet program objectives and deadlines.

The role requires strong collaboration with the Program Office and contracting teams, plus ability to communicate risks and opportunities to leadership. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or 4 years experience in absence of Bachelors Degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Experience with large cost-type US Government contracts including Earned Value Management, incremental funding, data-driven metrics and variance analysis.
• Experience with SAP and Deltek COBRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of analysts, setting priorities and reviewing work to meet deadlines.
• Oversee portfolio financial performance: budget execution, forecasts, cost and funding positions.
• Communicate financial impacts clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Engage with Program Office, Contracts and the U.S. Air Force to align financial plans and resolve issues.
• Develop forward-looking analytics and provide actionable recommendations to inform financial strategy.
