Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineering Project Manager to lead complex data center projects across the US. You will oversee schedules, risk management, and financial health while guiding engineers, designers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

You will develop detailed proposals, manage client relationships, and drive project execution from planning through delivery, with travel as needed and the ability to work remotely within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• PMP certification and 10+ years in engineering consulting or data center projects.
• Experience leading engineers, designers, and subcontractors on complex data center programs.
• Ability to report on scope, schedule, and cost; knowledge of earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and drive successful execution.
• Develop detailed engineering proposals with technical teams.
• Manage schedules, risks, and financial health of projects.
• Oversee client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Support business development and proposal preparation.
• Travel to client facilities as needed (10–15%).
