Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead data center engineering programs, oversee schedules, risks, and budgets, and coordinate with engineers, designers, and subcontractors. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality results and building strong client partnerships.

This position may be based in multiple U.S. locations including Texas, with remote options and 10–15% travel to client facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification with 8 years in engineering consulting, PM or data center.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager or engineer with data center experience.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience with hyperscale data centers as a consultant.
Skilled in cost/workhour estimating and proposal development/review.
Ability to manage scope, schedule and cost across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Client & Team Relations: Build professional relationships and deliver exceptional service to clients and teammates.
Project Leadership: Collaborate with technical colleagues to develop detailed proposals and manage schedules.
Planning & Execution: Create work plans, risk strategies, communication plans, and WBS for smooth execution.
Scheduling & Financial Mgmt: Oversee schedules, use scheduling tools, and monitor project financial health.
Team & Resource Mgmt: Lead engineers, designers, and subcontractors while ensuring quality deliverables.
Client & Business Development: Maintain client relationships, manage scope, and support proposals and opportunities.
