Job summary

Qualifications

• The candidate has a Master’s Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of combined experience in building engineering, facilities management, or HVAC operations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute capital plans and manage large budgets.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Operations Unit and set KPIs for the team.
• Oversee 24/7 HVAC operations and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage annual budgets and multi-year capital plans for the portfolio.
• Oversee procurement and contracts related to MEP, IAQ, and energy services.
