Crusoe is building the future of AI infrastructure and is seeking a seasoned leader for Engineering Operations. You will own programs and metrics that keep operations reliable, scalable, and fast to respond to customer needs.

As the first in this function, you’ll define the operating system, drive ownership across teams, and grow the function as scope expands, while balancing speed and governance in a high-growth environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years in software eng,SRE, TPM, or technical product roles close to production.
• Track record leading org-wide programs at staff level or above.
• Can start as a solo contributor and justify headcount later.
• Experience in high-growth infrastructure environments.
• Natural coordinator across teams without formal authority.
• Able to turn multi-source data into a clear health picture.
• Designed operating rhythms (weekly reviews, incident reviews, etc.).
• Scrappy, low-ego, high-drive; cares about outcomes.

Mansioni

• Define and own Engineering Operations programs (SLO/SLI, incident follow-up, change safety, capacity tracking).
• Partner with leaders to ensure data accuracy and one source of truth for metrics.
• Create a single pane of glass for organizational health.
• Own the weekly executive Engineering Operations review with clear owners and next steps.
• Run weekly operations planning and monthly business reviews linked to outcomes.
• Make ownership explicit with defined swimlanes and outcomes.
• Ensure follow-through on commitments and escalate when needed.
• Grow the function from solo to a scalable team as scope expands.
