Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an Engineering Manager, Deployment to lead a global deployment team responsible for bringing our HPC and GPU-based AI infra online. You will grow the team, drive deployment standards, and coordinate with Data Center Ops, Supply Chain, and Site Reliability to execute at scale.

You will lead automation efforts (ZTP, Ansible, CI/CD) and ensure rigorous validation, risk management, and capacity planning across sites. Strong leadership and technical fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in network engineering or data center deployment.
• 2+ years managing engineers in a large-scale infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a deployment team across multiple sites and time zones.
• Drive deployment automation adoption (Python/Ansible/ZTP) and CI/CD patterns.
• Ensure on-time, zero-defect delivery for site build-outs and RACI responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Data Center Ops, Supply Chain, and Site Reliability leadership on strategy and execution.
• Provide program reporting and escalate risks to stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors and partners to meet SLAs and quality targets.
• Coach engineers to grow technically and professionally.
