Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior DevX leader to own multiple charter areas, including the AI remote agent platform and coding harnesses. You will guide engineering acceleration, create library/environments, and unify tools across teams.

You will mentor managers, shape long-term technical direction, and champion a culture of quality while aligning with Crusoe’s mission and climate-focused goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience leading multiple DevX charters and managing other managers.
• Strong knowledge of Go and Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
• Proven ability to design and scale AI infrastructure/platforms with Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple DevX charter areas including AI remote agent platform and coding harnesses.
• Lead engineering acceleration, tooling, and environment creation for faster developer flow.
• Unify internal tooling and vendor services to automate workflows and improve security.
• Drive a culture of quality with scalable processes and reliable systems.
• Mentor other managers and shape Crusoe’s long-term technical direction.
