Job summary

Salesforce is building the Unified Telemetry platform in the Digital Enterprise Technology group, owned by a technical leader who guides architecture and delivery for analytics, ML, and experimentation.

You'll design scalable telemetry pipelines, mentor a team of engineers, and partner with product, data, and ML stakeholders to align on requirements and drive telemetry adoption across surfaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and operating event streaming pipelines at scale.
• Experience building multi-platform SDKs (mobile and web).
• Strong background in schema-driven development and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for the Unified Telemetry platform and related ingestion layers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of core platform components serving analytics and ML workloads.
• Mentor engineers, establish operating norms, and drive career development.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, analytics, and ML stakeholders to align requirements.
