Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and operating event streaming pipelines at scale.
• Experience building or owning multi-platform client instrumentation (SDKs) across mobile and web.
• Strong background in schema-driven development, including schema registries and governance.
• Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining engineers.
• Solid AWS background with services like IAM, Lambda, Kinesis, and IaC with Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for the Unified Telemetry platform and set engineering standards.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of core platform components ensuring data quality, latency, and availability.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and drive career development.
