GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience to oversee engineering projects across transportation, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

The role includes supervising engineers, managing plans and finances, and serving as the client representative. PE licensure required with reciprocity consideration for surrounding states, and an on-site or hybrid presence across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or West Virginia offices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in engineering management or oversight.
• PE licensure with potential to obtain PE in surrounding states.
• Experience with State Agencies and Design-Build projects preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee engineers in plan development and financial monitoring; act as client representative.
• Lead projects with complex features and integrate engineering economics and risk analysis.
• Develop and implement project management plans; manage technical, legal, and financial issues.
