Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. seeks a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of leadership in traffic and engineering projects. The position can be on-site or hybrid at offices in the Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or West Virginia area, with a sign-on bonus offered.

The role requires PE registration and the ability to attain PE in additional states, overseeing engineers and acting as the client representative for complex assignments across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Experience with State Agencies is required; other government experience and Design-Build expertise are preferred.
• PE Registration is required with ability to obtain PE in surrounding states.
• Minimum 15+ years of engineering management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers in plan development, financial monitoring, and client representation.
• Lead projects with complex features and integrate engineering economics and risk analysis.
• Manage project scope, objectives, and team performance across multiple states.
