Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Risk and Compliance Engineering team. You will lead the engineering group responsible for building and scaling Circle's centralized customer onboarding and lifecycle management platform, a core component of risk management and regulatory compliance infrastructure.

You will drive architecture, automation, and internal tools while collaborating with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable customer experiences

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems and APIs
• Proven ability to coach and mentor senior engineers and foster growth
