Circle is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for its Risk and Compliance Engineering team. You will lead an engineering group building Circle's centralized customer onboarding and lifecycle platform, driving risk controls, identity, eligibility, and regulatory compliance across products and jurisdictions.

Competenze

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of people management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong background designing scalable distributed systems, APIs, and backend platforms.
• Experience guiding and mentoring senior and staff engineers.
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions and deliver secure, reliable systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, including hiring and performance management.
